Terms and Conditions

All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

A Fuel Surcharge may be added due to the high cost of fuel.

There will be (1) one representative additional on all sponsored trips.

Due to last minute cancellations we have the right to over book by (1) one.

Trip prices include all meals and accomodations in staterooms.

Beer, Tackle, Rental Equipment, and Gratuities are not included in the price.

The price of permits are adjust every quarter by the Mexican Government. Therefore are not included in the price of the trip.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your trip with balance due 45 days prior to departure date.

There is also a three dollar ($3.00) per trip federal excise tax.

We request that you check in (2) two hours prior to departure time, in case of early departure.

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made 120 days prior to departure with a duration of 5 days or less, 180 days with duration of 6 days or more.

Prices subject to change.

Trips are limited load, some are ultra limited load.

Fishing destination subject to change due to Mexican Fishing Regulations, weather, or captain's decision.
